CHRISTMAS 2009 - NEWS FLASH - Last order date for pre-Christmas delivery is Sunday 13th December '09. We will do our very best to dispatch orders placed after the 13th before Christmas but will not be held responsible for orders that don't reach you in time.

We aim to dispatch within 5-7 working days of your order being placed (this does not include weekends and bank holidays).

You order will be safely packaged firstly in brown paper, secondly in bubble wrap, thirdly in a custom made corrugated carton.  Where possible we try to manufacture our cartons from unwanted packaging to reduce the amount of waste we produce.

UK Mainland delivery is £7.50 for the first canvas irrespective of size.  Each additional canvas within a single order will only cost an extra 50p.

Your order will be couriered to you via a traceable, insured, next day delivery, insured service.  All deliveries will need to be signed for.  Our current preferred service provider is Parcel Monkey who normally use FedEx, and DHL but from time to time this may vary as we constantly strive to keep our p&p costs as low as possible.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused by third party delivery companies, but we will always assist in anyway we can, including contacting couriers.  If you have any queries about your delivery please do not hesitate to contact us.

We only deliver to non-UK Mainland addresses by prior arrangement.  If you wish us to deliver to a non-UK Mainland address, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can confirm delivery price and arrangements.
