Xmas Delivery

Our last order date for pre-Christmas delivery us 11th December 2011. All orders received after this date will be dispatched after Christmas.

Standard Delivery - FREE

Standard Delivery is Free and orders will normally be dispatched within 5-7 working days of your order being placed (this does not include weekends and bank holidays). Delivery normally takes between 3-5 working days. Your order wll be sent to you by a traceable delivery service which may include Royal Mail, DHL, City Link, UPS, Fedex, DPD, Yodel, or Hermes. The quickest you could receive your order is 8 working days, the slowest may be 13 working days.

Priority Delivery - £9.99

Priority Delivery is an additional £9.99. Orders will normally be dispatched within 3-5 working days of your order being placed (this does not include weekends and bank holidays) and will be sent via a next day traceable, insured courier. The quickest you could receive your order is 4 working days, the slowest may be 6 working days.

All deliveries will need to be signed for.

Packaging

You order will be safely packaged firstly in brown paper, secondly in bubble wrap, thirdly in a custom made corrugated carton.  Where possible we try to manufacture our cartons from unwanted packaging to reduce the amount of waste we produce.

Delays & Damage

We will not be held responsible for delays (including adverse weather or industrial action) or damage caused by third party delivery companies, but we will always assist in anyway we can, including contacting couriers.  If you have any queries about your delivery please do not hesitate to contact us.

Where we deliver

We only deliver to non-UK Mainland addresses by prior arrangement.  If you wish us to deliver to a non-UK Mainland address, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can confirm delivery price and arrangements.

Volume Orders

If you order exceeds more than 10 items the delivery timescales above may be extended. Please contact us with details before you place your order and we will do our very best to ensure your delivery reaches you before your deadline.
